Andrés Gonzalez has performed as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player throughout the United States, Venezuela, and Europe. His playing has earned him many opportunities to appear as a soloist with several distinguished symphonic ensembles. Mr. Gonzalez has been featured as a guest artist with the Ocala Symphony, the Sunrise Symphonic Pops, New World School Symphony Orchestra, and the Sewanee Summer Music Festival Orchestra. A native Texan, Mr. Gonzalez now resides in the Houston area where he regularly performs with the Mercury Baroque Ensemble, Houston Grand Opera Orchestra, and the Houston Chamber Orchestra. He is also a recitalist and performs regularly as a member of the Trio Metropolitain.
